Nqobile spearheads the non-core technical services provided by the company as well as the administrative functioning of the business. Her strong human resources background ensures a cohesive work environment as well as strategic insight in terms of recruitment, compensation, training, labour relations and client relationship management.
Mafika is the head of all technical services offered by Thumncu (Pty) Ltd. As an accomplished registered professional electrical engineer and a highly experienced project manager, Mafika has directed efforts towards the delivery of value-adding services for Thumncu (Pty) Ltd Clients, with the drive for Thumncu (Pty) Ltd to be the preferred quality service provider.
